Homes Association
A small board, with assistance from resident volunteers, hosts a number of popular events throughout the year. These events are open to all residents and include holiday celebrations, block parties, food trucks and other gatherings.
Traditional homes association functions in other cities such as maintenance and planting of public areas, are handled by the city through your taxes (this generates a tax deduction for you, which homes association dues do not).
For this same reason trash collection and recycling services are managed by the city, not the homes association.
Mission Woods Homes Association dues of $95 per residence per year are used to fund social events.
