1. Appointment to fill vacant council seat. The mayor appoints Keith Mays subject to council consent.
2. Election of Council President. The mayor nominates Selina Bur.
3. Appointments of ARB, BZA and Planning Commission for 2022.
Old Business.

Update on pedestrian crosswalk improvements at Mission Woods Terrace and SMPW.

Contracting consultant to review placement and need for additional streetlights in Mission Woods.
3. Update on Mission Woods’ website.
Discussion of 2022 Objectives
1. Improve safety for pedestrian crossing at SMPW, Rainbow and Mission Woods Terrace intersection.

Obtain lighting consultant’s report on the need for additional streetlights in our city. Act on recommendations.

Complete website redesign/update with Gov Office. Contract a website manager.

Update Mission Woods code to incorporate the ordinances that have been passed the last several years and make the online version of our code more user friendly.

Connected Community Sidewalk Project. A) obtain KU Health System’s approval for permanent sidewalk easement. B) apply for funding with CARS and MARC. C) complete survey for placement of the sidewalk. D) continue discussions/coordination with Karbank and Co to advance the project.
